Our Services - What's My Pension?

Tracing your pensions

We will trace your pensions based on the details which you supply to us.

This will involve tracking down the pension administrators of your arrangements using government agencies on your behalf.

We will then obtain from them details of your pensions and ensure they are given your current address. We will also obtain an up to date forecast of your state pension.

Consolidating your pension details

We will consolidate all the pension details received from the pension providers and the government (in respect of your state pension).

Providing a Pension Summary Statement

We will put all of this information together into a statement which will.

  • Be easy to read and understand
  • Show all the pensions traced (including your state pension)
  • Show the total of all your pensions
  • State when they are payable

Click here to see a sample statement.

What does this cost?

The price you pay will relate to the number of pension arrangements you have (and therefore the amount of work we need to do).

1 or 2 3 or 4 5 or more
£ 60 £ 85 £ 120
We will calculate your State Pension Forecast as part of these fees.

What do you need to do now?

  1. Register, enter your details and make your payment, all through our secure site.
  2. Download the pre-filled forms authorising us to act on your behalf.
  3. Sign and return these, together with 2 proofs of address (for example a payslip and a recent utility bill).

We'll then begin tracing your pension(s). This may take a number of weeks because we have to wait for responses from other companies and the Department for Work and Pensions.

Once we have compiled your Pension Summary Statement, we will email you to let you know the statement is available to view on-line.

Why this is important

Without details of all the pensions you should receive when you retire, it's difficult to plan or budget for your retirement.

Furthermore, if your pension providers do not have your current address they will not be able to contact you to arrange payment.

Here's why you might need our services.

  • You have lost your pension paperwork
  • You have the paperwork, but don't understand the jargon
  • You have had a number of jobs over your lifetime, and you do not know if you have a pension entitlement in respect of them
  • Your previous employers have moved, been bought out, or gone out of business
  • You have moved house and your pension providers no longer have your address
  • There are gaps in your employment history, such as for child-rearing, and you are not sure what state pension to expect

Wouldn't it be great if someone could help you make sense of it all?
