Your Personal Data

In order to provide our service to you, we need you to tell us personal details, information about your employment history and any other pension arrangements you think you have.

We will only collect this information from you via our secure web site pages, and you will be required to log in to your account using your email address and password to update this information. This data is stored on a secure database and is only accessible to you and the member of staff working on your account.

We share this information with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the relevant employers and insurance companies, in order to ascertain what benefits (if any) you are due from each one. You will need to sign a letter of authority permitting us to contact these agencies and companies on your behalf. We will not share your personal details with anyone else.

Information about you and your benefits that we receive from third parties will be held on a secure database, and used to compile your Pension Summary Statement. All original copies of this data will be sent to you with your statement.

Your personal data will only be used for the following purposes.

• To establish your entitlement to pension benefits
• To compile and issue your Pension Summary Statement
• To notify you of any new services we think will be of interest to you (subject to your consent)

Registered customers can opt out of email communication using the option on the My Account page of this site.

By logging into your account, you will be able to view the details we hold about you on our database. Once your Pension Summary Statement is ready, you will be able to view this on-line too.
